Chef Mitchell Yeo has been with Origin Grill since its conception, rising through the ranks to helm the kitchen today. With over a decade of experience, Chef Mitchell is passionate about creating a memorable culinary experience for every guest. Staying true to Origin Grill’s philosophy, his culinary creations emphasise the fresh, authentic flavours of curated, unique and quality-driven ingredients from around the region.

He channels his dedication to his craft with the utmost attention to every detail from sourcing specialty ingredients from artisan producers to the placement of the final garnish on the plate. His commitment is evident not only in the quality of the produce used, but also the ingenuity behind the recipes and consistency in their execution. His culinary artistry is captured in one of his signature dishes, Hokkaido Scallops with textures of Jerusalem Artichoke. The gorgeous sunchoke is creatively presented in three ways – barigole foam, diced, and chips, while the succulent seafood is perfectly seared in smoked butter.

Chef Mitchell cut his teeth under the guidance of a slew of mentors. They include Fabio Granata, who used to helm the Michelin-starred L’Arsenale Restaurant.
