Unveiled to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, The Orchid is a 7-metre tall, open-air orchid greenhouse, specially designed to showcase the beauty of Singapore’s orchids.
Capture amazing memories with Dîner de Fleurs, a unique private dining experience for two to four guests. The exquisite Dîner de Fleurs presents eight courses of delectable delights paired with a choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus are available, crafted by Chef de Cuisine Vincent Wong and served by a personal waiter. Priced at SGD 180* per person and SGD 60* for an additional wine pairing. On 1 January and 14 February 2017, the dinner will be priced at SGD 220* per person, and guests may pay an additional SGD 60* for a wine pairing.
Update: In conjunction with our commitment to provide outstanding facilities for our guests, Lobby Court, The Rose Veranda, Nadaman, BLU bar and BLU restaurant will be undergoing refurbishment from 1 November 2016 until the first quarter of 2017.
During this time, operations at these establishments will cease. Other restaurants, including The Line, Shang Palace and The Waterfall, will remain operational.
