The traditional Japanese Kaiseki-ryouri is Nadaman’s signature set menu. It reflects the best of seasonal produce and fresh ingredients, artistically presented, both in food content as well in the choice of unique décor.
Chef Saito Masami
Prior to joining Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai, Chef Saito was chief Japanese chef at Akasaka Branchi, a Japanese restaurant in Tokyo. He started his apprenticeship in 1980 and has worked at several Japanese restaurants throughout Japan.
