Chef Jeremy Biasiol is no stranger to success. The globe trekker has traveled around the world over the course of his more-than-20-year career, worked for Master Chef Alain Ducasse, been a part of Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris and London and run his own Michelin-one-starred restaurant in Hong Kong.
Chef Jeremy brings his signature style to Jade on 36 Restaurant and has transformed the restaurant from focusing on fine dining to highlighting European-fusion cuisine. He takes pride in using natural ingredients and incorporating influences gathered from his international experience.
