Chef Pang has 35 years of Cantonese culinary experience. He joined Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai in 2004.

Prior to this, he has worked in The Excelsior (Hong Kong), Fook Lam Moon (Kowloon and Tokyo) and Flower Drum (Australia).
