Chef Masami Honda
Chef Masami Honda has over 48 years of experience in the field of Japanese cuisine and has worked for the time-honoured and renowned restaurant group Nadaman for 27 years. During this period, he headed several Nadaman restaurants in Osaka and Yokohama for over a decade. In July 2009, he formally joined Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts as the Chef of Nadaman Japanese Restaurant at Pudong Shangri-La. Now, Chef Honda comes to TSURU at Jing An Shangri-La as a director of Japanese cuisine. He would like to present authentic Kaiseki to every customer that visits TSURU.
