After it’s glorious success all around the world in iconic cities, the 39th Shang Palace is being brought to New Delhi by Shangri-La.  

With expansive interiors that include lavish indoor seating, three private dining rooms for a personalized dining experience, and a large outdoor deck overlooking lush green gardens for al fresco diningShang Palace offers Sichuan, Cantonese and the mystical Yunnan cuisine by from three Chinese specialty Chefs.  

The hotel proudly welcomes Chef Ye Haijun, a Dim Sum culinary master, Chef Kong Fanyi, an expert on Chinese barbeque, and Chef Luojiang Tao, a proficient Wok Chef, to further enhance and the offerings at Shang Palace and make sure they are authentic.  

The restaurant offers a wide selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian signature dishes, including grilled crispy pork belly with wild herbs and fennel, baby shrimp with chili salt, Beijing roast duck, deep-fried cod fillet, sticky toffee pudding with kemiadates and much more. 

Shang Palace has seen glorious success all around the world, starting with the very first restaurant that opened in Singapore in 1971 and continuing with the many establishments that followed in Beijing, Paris, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Jakarta, Istanbul, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Manila, Bangkok and elsewhere. Now, the 39th restaurant will take Chinese cuisine to a celestial level.

Shangtastic Dim Sum Lunch by Chef Ye Hai Jun 

Our dim sum master, Chef Ye Hai jun, has meticulously crafted the ShangtasticDim Sum LunchMenu, which features an assortment of dim sum, signature clay pot specialties and homemade ice cream for the patrons of Shangri-La’s - Eros Hotel, New Delhi.  

Dim sum means “touching the heart” in Cantonese, and the tradition, also known as yum cha, has developed over hundreds of years. It has its roots in providing of sustenance and facilitating rest and conversation.  

The menu celebrates premium seasonal ingredients and features more than fourteen all-time favourite dishes to satiate both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. 

The dim sum feast plays on the unique elements of Shang Palace - calmness, tranquillity and humility - providing a simple, elegant and vibrant experience that is true to our Chinese roots. With expansive interiors that include an exquisitely designed dining area, three private dining rooms for a bespoke dining experience, and a large outdoor deck overlooking lush green gardens for alfresco dining, Shang Palace offers its patrons a heavenly dining experience.
