Executive Japanese Chef Wataru Hikawa has been with Inagiku for
over eight years, and his talent has greatly contributed towards the
restaurant’s acclaim.
Executive Japanese Chef Hikawa has worked in top-class Japanese
restaurants in Singapore, where he was hailed as the Best Japanese Chef in Asia
outside of Japan. With more than 28 years of experience, the chef has mastered
each aspect of Japanese cuisine. He began his career perfecting the discipline
of sushi, and today his exceptional skills in the kitchen allow Inagiku guests
to taste of the finest.
The chef takes
pride in his Kaiseki selections, which have become a favourite of loyal
patrons. He takes on a unified approach in each of his Kaiseki creations,
incorporating ingredients from the sea, river, mountain and field.
