With 25 years of experience under his belt, Chef Nao Takeshita will be showcasing his creativity while preserving the tastes of authentic Japanese cuisine at Zipangu, offering simple yet modern dishes through high-quality and seasonal ingredients.

Chef Nao Takeshita started his career in Fukuoka, Japan and has been honing his skills in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. He is currently serving as the deputy cook at Nadaman head office - “Nadaman Kioi”.
