Chef Ishii Takayuki brings his food to life using vivid seasonal colours and natural flavours. A simple wish to eat healthy home-cooked food spurred him to enter the kitchen as a professional. He worked in one of Tokyo’s most renowned traditional Japanese restaurants, and today we are fortunate to have his expertise in preparing unique and healthy delicacies at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
