Marathon Training Centre
The newly refurbished Health

converted into the Marathon Training Centre. It features a heated indoor swimming pool, squash courts,

studios and the latest cardio-fitness machines. Guests may indulge
in atraditional
Chinese massage or try out the oxygen room after a
great workout to ease theirmuscles and refresh theirsoul.

training sessions have been arranged
for amateurs or seasoned marathoners at 6 p.m. every
Friday starting 12 August till 9 September 2016.

To spread the spirit of
marathon to the public, the hotel also organised three running exercises to
promote a healthy lifestyle through running sports: CBD Mini Marathon, Chaoyang
Park’s Relay Race Half Marathon Run and, finally, Wild Duck Wetland National
Park’s Charity Marathon. The hotel hopes to
encourage a healthy, active lifestyle and instil an appreciation for a green
environment through these events.
