Paper thin sliced raw beef tenderloin marinated with wine and dotted with arugula pesto and extra virgin olive oil. Topped with mixed greens and aged balsamic vinegar.
Angel Hair Pasta
High quality angel hair pasta cooked “al dente” and tossed in a traditional Italian style basil pesto topped with pan-fried white wine marinated prawns.
