Chef Jacky Chan Kwok Hung

Chef Jacky Chan Kwok Hung was born and raised in Hong Kong. Growing up, he absorbed traditional cooking skills from the Chinese in the East and creativity from the West, allowing him to create diversified and innovative cuisine.

Jacky joined the Shangri-La Group in 2000 and since then, has proven his mettle in a Chinese kitchen. In 2008, Jacky won the “Chef Master in Guangzhou Food & Beverage Industry” awarded by Guangzhou Tourism Bureau.
