In the early days of Antonio's career, he had the privilege of developing his skills under various renowned chefs, featuring Chef Gualtiero Marchesi – known as the founder of modern Italian cuisine.
With 23 years of culinary experience gained in Italy, France and Jamaica, Antonio has earned numerous opportunities to serve well-known icons and celebrities, including pop star Mariah Carey, model Naomi Campbell and Mercedes' Formula 1 race driver Michael Schumacher.
