SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, FUZHOU LAUNCHES LOBSTER WINE PAIRING SELECTIONS AT EZ CAFE

Fuzhou, 4 August 2017 – To make the ordinary weekend night extraordinary, Shangri La Hotel, Fuzhou recently launched a feast featuring lobster-and-wine pairing at eZ Café to give guests more choices for their weekend indulgence.

Frederick Kho, the hotel’s executive chef from Malaysia, has crafted an array of specialties, including Chilled Boston Lobster on Ice, Singaporean Lobster Laksa, Lobster Spaghetti in Tomato Basil Sauce, Baked Cheese Lobster and Lobster Maki Roll. The dishes will be on the menus alternately on Friday or Saturday nights.

In addition to the classic Western and Asian-style delights, the chef has also creatively prepared Wok-Fired Lobster with Sweet Basil and Garlic, Wok-Fried Lobster in Trio Black Pepper Sauce and Braised Lobster in Szechuan Chili Broth, adding Chinese flavors to the lobster feast.

“We provide a wide selection of fresh juices to go with the lobster, so diners can enjoy
the magic brought about by perfect matching,” said Chef Krumm. “The sweetness and freshness from both the lobster and the wine make the dinner outstanding. Apart from pairing lobster and fresh juices, diners may always try to pair different wines with the lobster to experience more.”
