Passionate about Italian cuisine, Chef George Ding has been studying and researching it for more than 20 years.

Chef Ding has been working at Shangri-La Hotel, Hangzhou, for over 15 years. In order to further hone his skills, he has attended various trainings organised by the Shangri-La Group and Chinese government agencies.
