Traders Upper East Hotel, Beijing launches the Weekend All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum Breakfast with a selection of classic Hong Kong-Style dim sum at Wu Li Xiang Chinese Restaurant for guests to enjoy a beautiful weekend with family and friends.

The chefs of Wu Li Xiang Chinese Restaurant have devoted their enthusiasm into this healthy and fresh cuisine to create a rich taste and exquisite appearance.  The menu presents more than 30 traditional Hong Kong-style dim sum, such as the Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, Chilled Mango with Sago, Steamed Red Rice Roll, Steamed Crystal Sweet Corn Bun, Curry Fish Balls with Vegetables, Beef Brisket and Tomato Noodle Soup, Pan-Fried Turnip Cake with XO Sauce and Almond Oat Pudding.  This selection of exquisite meals is priced at only Rmb88 plus 15 per cent surcharge per person.

In addition, selections of congee, steamed rice roll, noodles, dessert, fruits, soy milk and tea are available to go with the delightful dim sum every Saturday and Sunday morning between 8 to 11 a.m.

Cooking the best dim sum requires perfect timing and temperature.  Chinese Executive Chef Kam Siew Tong and his team offer a variety of dim sum using fresh selected ingredients according to the customer’s preferences.

In addition to a range of colourful activities and gourmet meals, Traders Upper East Hotel, Beijing provides a healthy gift for all Kids’ Club guests.  Children below 11 years old enjoy free entrance to the Health Club (valued at Rmb150) when accompanied by a paying parent.  Families can enjoy cardio and exercise equipment or have a fun summer in the indoor heated swimming pool.  Guests can enjoy 10 per cent off when purchasing a Health Club Family Membership Card upon presenting the bill for the Upper East Kids’ Club.

Wu Li Xiang, named one of the “Best Restaurants” by Modern Weekly magazine in 2011, offers guests an extensive modern menu featuring Cantonese, local dishes and Hong Kong-style dim sum.  The restaurant’s interior evokes the essence of Chinoiserie chic with its distinctly contemporary tempo and stylish lighting features complemented with tall glass panel walls that allow views of the landscaped garden.  Wu Li Xiang has 11 private dining rooms decorated in the traditional style, with tasteful lighting and soft colour tones.
