Traders Upper East Hotel, Beijing launches the Weekend All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum Breakfast with a selection of classic Hong Kong-Style dim sum at Wu Li Xiang Chinese Restaurant for guests to enjoy a beautiful weekend with family and friends.
The chefs of Wu Li Xiang Chinese Restaurant have devoted their enthusiasm into this healthy and fresh cuisine to create a rich taste and exquisite appearance. The menu presents more than 30 traditional Hong Kong-style dim sum, such as the Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, Chilled Mango with Sago, Steamed Red Rice Roll, Steamed Crystal Sweet Corn Bun, Curry Fish Balls with Vegetables, Beef Brisket and Tomato Noodle Soup, Pan-Fried Turnip Cake with XO Sauce and Almond Oat Pudding. This selection of exquisite meals is priced at only Rmb88 plus 15 per cent surcharge per person.
In addition, selections of congee, steamed rice roll, noodles, dessert, fruits, soy milk and tea are available to go with the delightful dim sum every Saturday and Sunday morning between 8 to 11 a.m.
Cooking the best dim sum requires perfect timing and temperature. Chinese Executive Chef Kam Siew Tong and his team offer a variety of dim sum using fresh selected ingredients according to the customer’s preferences.
