Shangri-La’s 2016 China Sales Mission, covering Beijing, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nanjing and Shanghai, will last for two weeks and has an anticipated attendance of 1,000 travel buyers and trade partners.  The event highlights the travel marts in each city.

During the special activities, all 75 participating hotels will present an exclusive offer to the attending MICE organisers.  This offer features double Golden Circle Award Points to the first qualifying event booked between 15 August and 15 September 2016 (both dates inclusive).  The event must take place from 15 August 2016 and complete on or before 31 December 2016 at any participating hotel of the sales mission.

Forty-five hotels in mainland China and 30 overseas hotels will be present at the sales mission.  Apart from promoting the group’s newest landmarks – Shangri-La’s Hambantota Resort & Spa, Sri Lanka and Midtown Shangri-La, Hangzhou – this year, the sales mission will also introduce two anticipated new projects, Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong and a new Beijing property, which will be unveiled in the second half of this year.

In addition to showcasing each hotel, the Shangri-La China Sales Mission will introduce myriad offers designed for business and leisure clients from the individual properties and the group.  Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts’ new programmes, such as Suite Indulgence and Events Collection, offer better value to meet the customers’ different needs.
