Demonstrating its commitment to protect the environment and mitigate climate change, China World Hotel, Beijing, a leading luxury hotel, announces that it would participate for a fifth consecutive year in Earth Hour, a global Worldwide Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) climate change initiative.
On 23 March 2013, between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m., the lights in China World Hotel, Beijing will be turned off in most back-of-the-house areas and the lights dimmed in public areas, restaurants and hotel exteriors. Guests will be encouraged to participate by turning off the lights in their guestrooms and are invited for a complimentary Earth Hour green cocktail at Aria Bar and the Lobby Lounge.
