Chinese Executive Chef – Tony Tang

Chef Tony Tang, born in Hunan province, specializes in Cantonese cuisine. He has served many heads of state and is an expert on fusion food. His professional experience in food and beverage spans 28 years. Prior to becoming the Chinese Executive Chef at Shangri-La Hotel, Chengdu, he worked as the Chinese Executive Chef for Shangri-La hotels in Tangshan, Wuhan and Changchun. Chef Tang’s kitchen motto is that “Food is the number one need and it is precious for people who appreciate it.”
