The amiable Indonesian national joins the resort from sister property, Shangri-La’s Hambantota Golf Resort & Spa, Sri Lanka, where he oversaw Sera, the Asian restaurant. Prior to joining the Shangri-La family, Chef Rizki worked at various 5-star properties in Qatar, the Maldives and South Korea.

He is delighted to introduce several signature dishes to his new award-winning restaurant, Tides, which was named to the Philippine Tatler’s Best Restaurants Guide 2018. Each dish is a special product, created with thoughtfulness and a keen appreciation for the warmth of feeling that exceptional food always inspires.

Children of registered hotel guests under the age of 6 can enjoy *buffet meals at no extra cost in the All Day Dining venue when accompanied by a paying adult; up to 2 children. For more than 2 children under the age of 6 or children who are 6 years and above but under the age of 12, a 50% discount on the buffet price will be given. *Buffet is subject to availability.
