S.T.A.Y.

Reinterpreting French dining

S.T.A.Y. by French Chef Yannick Alléno opened its doors in Asia at Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing. S.T.A.Y. means "Simple Table Alléno Yannick". The restaurant aims to provide diners with a consummate dining experience through the reinterpretation of traditions and the exploration of French cuisine in a fun and interactive setting.

A familiar dining concept in French cuisine among families and close friends, sharing-style dining at the Communal Table is a highlight in S.T.A.Y.

No meal will be complete without a visit to the Pastry Library. Walking towards the Pastry Library, diners are transported into a French patisserie, where handcrafted pastries and desserts are stunningly displayed on shelves and glass cases.
