Kerry's Kitchen Brings Action To The Dinner Table

On 19 September, Kerry’s Kitchen will introduce a new concept for the a la carte dinner menu. The new concept focuses on the fun, excitement and the action that takes place in the kitchen. With the introduction of three show kitchens, new signature dishes and sharing platters, guests will be given more options than ever before while having a memorable dining experience.
 
The live action show kitchens include Kerry’s Cold Kitchen, Kerry’s Grill and Kerry’s Asian Kitchen.  The kitchensdeliver authentic Asian and international cuisine.  Each kitchen has a variety of dishes such as Australian steaks, la mian, marinated chicken wings, authentic sushi, deli sandwiches, Alaska king crab legs, signature soups, Chinese cold dishes and Hokkien Mee, to name just a few. There is also a selection of desserts to satisfy a sweet tooth.  Although the restaurant offers an à la carte menu, guests are invited to fully utilise the variety of offerings by sampling three or four main courses.  Kerry’s Kitchen makes this easy by combining signatures from each specific kitchen to create both small and large sharing platters, which are great for sharing a meal with someone special, with family or with friends.

For guests who are not quite ready to share, everything on the menu can be ordered individually.The open concept restaurant creates the ideal atmosphere for guests to engage fully all the senses.  Guests can watch as the restaurant’s skilled chef pulls the noodles for a bowl of la mian, listen as made-to-order Western and Asian grill fare dances on the grill, wrap their fingers around a melody of temaki from the sushi bar and smell the aromas of three kitchens at one table.
