Roasted Japanese Pork Loin with Leek in Soy Sauce

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 250g pork cheek meat
  • 3g onion
  • 50ml BBQ sauce
  • 100ml superior  soup
  • 100ml oil

Method

  1. Cut the pork into cubes.
  2. Shred the leek and put it aside.
  3. Heat oil and stir fry pork cubes for one minute on each side.
  4. Season with barbecue sauce.
  5. Garnish the plate with shredded leek and serve.
