Australian-born Phillip Taylor brings to Aria eight years of experience in the culinary arts, which was gained from working in leading restaurants in Australia, Europe and Asia. Prior to coming to Beijing, Chef Phillip was a senior sous chef at Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney’s Altitude Restaurant. He has also worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, such as Galvin at Windows and Pied a Terre in London.
