Using seasonal ingredients, Chef Omar Ugoletti has perfected balanced Italian cuisine with succulent dishes, such as Bucatini with Italian Pork Cheek, Tomatoes and Pecorino Cheese and Grilled Sea Bass served with Eggplant Caponata, Concasse of Tomato and Caper Sauce. Health conscious guests can also enjoy a vegetarian set.

The summer special set menu is priced at THB 1,500 net per set for food only and THB 2,200 net per set with a wine pairing.
