The menu blends the finest Thai ingredients with the gracefulness of edible flowers and plants, creating a brilliant balance of nature and authentic Thai tastes with dishes, such as Seared Hokkaido Scallops with Lotus Pollen in Spicy Lime Vinaigrette, Lightly-battered Osmanthus Flowers with Sweet and Spicy Peanut Sauce and Grilled Pork Curry with Torch Ginger Flowers.

The special menu is available for dinner and is accompanied by classical Thai dance performances.
