Go For Gold captures the spirit of the season with a signature cocktail inspired by the energy and celebration of the global soccer tournament. Featuring Canadian whisky, melon and elderflower liqueurs, yuzu ginger syrup, and aromatic bitters, it is finished with a honeycomb garnish and an edible gold-dusted lemon sphere.
At its heart is Common Ground, our signature cocktail by in-house mixologist Ernesto, celebrating craftsmanship, diversity and connection.
As the week unfolds, Golden Hour evolves with distinct moments to discover. Thursdays feature Ounces & Oysters, pairing fresh East Coast oysters with premium wines, while Fridays and Saturdays offer Champagne & Caviar, a refined pairing experience for a more indulgent start to the evening.
