Curated in collaboration with Chef Ron McKinlay and Shangri-La Toronto's culinary team, the series welcomes a handpicked collective of internationally renowned guest chefs, each bringing a unique culinary perspective while celebrating bosk's "Rooted in Nature" philosophy, Canadian ingredients, and the growers, producers, and artisans behind every dish.
Culinary Atelier debuted with Edition I: The Art of Pâtisserie, featuring acclaimed chef and pâtissier Bruno Feldeisen, followed by Edition II: The Art of Contemporary Canadian Cuisine.
The journey continues this autumn with Chef Jules Wiringa (October 9–10) and Chef Tom Aikens (November 20–21), each collaborating with Chef Ron McKinlay and his team to create an unforgettable dining experience.
