Executive pastry chef Anna Polyviou has created three tiers of bold, colourful and distinctive sweet treats, savoury creations and fluffy scones, accompanied by clotted crème and mixed berry jam, all lovingly made in our pastry kitchen. Available from 11.30am -1.30pm, 1.45pm-3.45pm and 4pm-6pm.
The afternoon tea is priced at AUD 55 per person with a flute of Chandon NV Brut and AUD 65 per person with a flute of Veuve Clicquot, Brut Yellow Label French Champagne.
