Lavishly elegant, the hotel’s Pink High Tea invites you to savour delicious servings of rosy-hued delights from September through November, in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Delicious savouries are precursors to the daintiest desserts with pink flourishes, all enjoyed against the breathtaking backdrop of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Indulge in a strawberry jasmine tart with jasmine chocolate mousse, vanilla Sablé and frangipane through to a smoked salmon sandwich with cream cheese, capers, chives and Spanish onion.
In support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Shangri-La Sydney will donate AUD 5 per guest from every Pink High Tea sold throughout September, October and November.
