On Sundays to Wednesdays from 11 October to 1 November 2026, guests can enjoy J65’s International Dinner Buffet with Pasta Fiesta by Guest Chef Muhammad Imran. At the live pasta station, Chef Muhammad Imran’s lively personality and passion for the craft are on full display. Highlights include the pillowy Ricotta Gnocchi with tomato-basil sauce, charred tomatoes and basil cream; Braised Beef Agnolotti del Plin with beef jus; and handmade Trofie with Genovese pesto and burrata. And for those looking for an excuse to celebrate, World Pasta Day falls on 25 October 2026.
