The Little Ambassador Program is an interactive, fun-filled experience designed for children to learn and practice hospitality in a creative way. Kids participate in engaging activities such as ice-breaker games, dressing up as ambassadors, and completing exciting missions like making welcome cards, preparing sweet treats and drinks, and even handling “guest” luggage for a special character named Squeaky, the Very Important Squirrel.

The program emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and confidence-building while introducing children to Shangri-La’s concept of Heartfelt Hospitality. Activities include balloon-making, baking, drink preparation, and surprise tasks that make the day memorable. At the end, participants celebrate their achievements with prizes and feedback, creating lasting memories and friendships.

In short: It’s a unique, hands-on journey where kids become little hosts, spreading joy and learning the art of hospitality in a playful, rewarding environment.
