This time, the table grows even warmer as family friend Mamma Rosa joins the celebration, bringing her own cherished recipes to the table with her signature Parmigiana di Melanzane and Panzerotti, prepared with the same love and tradition of an Italian family kitchen.
Completing the experience is Andreano’s father, Mr. Michelangelo Carbotti, who brings over a decade of wine expertise and a Master Sommelier Diploma. Let him guide you through a thoughtfully curated selection of wines, each chosen to beautifully complement the flavours of the feast.
