Nosh on gruesome highlights including "Eye See You", a plant-based dish made of confit tomatoes, garlic sauce and Kalamata olive, served with guacamole sauce); "Scare Crow Lamb Ouzi", an Arabic rice dish with pulled lamb and mixed nuts; "Costume Flambe" Japanese Salmon Aburi; and "King Dragon", a lobster burger. Desserts will feature a brilliantly crafted "Haunted Forest", an earl grey mousse with gula Melaka jelly and coconut streusel; "Spooky Backyard", raspberry pain de genes and yuzu whipped ganache; and many more.
