Terms & conditions:

• Contract Duration: This plan requires a 12-month commitment from the date of registration.
• Monthly Payment: Members agree to pay $78 (Single) or $130 (Couple) per month, tax included. Payments are due on the same day each month via QR code, bank transfer, cash, or other pre-agreed methods
• Deposit: A one-month deposit is required upon registration. This deposit will be held as security and may be used to cover the final month’s fee, early termination fee, or any outstanding missed payments. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of early cancellation or non-compliance with the payment terms.
• Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Memberships are personal and cannot be refunded, paused, or transferred unless otherwise stated.
• Early Termination: If a member chooses to cancel before the 12-month term ends, a cancellation fee may apply, equivalent to one month’s fee.
• Freeze Option: Members may request a one-time freeze for up to 2 weeks during the 12-month period, with advance notice of at least 7 days.
• Missed Payments: If payment is missed, access will be temporarily suspended until payment is made. After 2 consecutive missed payments, the membership will be cancelled and subject to penalties, which may be deducted from the deposit.
