Pinang Restaurant & Bar serves a list of beverages specially concocted by our friendly mixologist throughout the day. The menu is casual, with a choice of salads, including the famous Caesar Salad. You have an option to top with either Grilled Prawn, Smoked Salmon or Grilled Chicken.
The main dishes feature our Fish and Chips fried in crisp batter, served with French fries, tartar sauce and lemon. Then, under sandwiches and wraps, we have the Honey BBQ Chicken "Wrap & Roll", One-Foot-Long Chicken Sausage and the typical Club Sandwich served with a triple layer of toasted bread with lettuce, mayonnaise, beef bacon and chicken.
Couples can have the signature barbecue dinner for two persons, including grilled seafood comprising baby lobster, king prawns, scallop on the shell, salmon steak, and vegetable skewer. From-the-farm options consist of lamb cutlet, beef tenderloin medallion, chicken thigh and vegetable skewer. All two-person dinners are served with Herb-roasted Potatoes or French Fries, Garden Salad, café de Paris butter, jalapeno salsa and tomato chutney.
