Terms & Conditions
  1. This offer is applicable to new bookings made at least 14 days prior to arrival date.
  2. Credit card prepayment for the full duration of the stay is required at the time of booking and will not be refunded for cancellations, shortened stays or amendments. The rate will also not be adjusted towards any incidentals.
  3. Modification is allowed up to 3 days prior to check-in date.
  4. Date changes allowed are subject to availability and applicable rate difference at the time they are made. For any changes, please call or email the hotel directly.
  5. Reservation is non-transferable.
  6. This offer qualifies for earning Shangri-La Circle Points. Terms and conditions of the Shangri-La Circle Programme apply.
  7. Rate does not apply to group bookings.
  8. All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 6% government tax (SST).
  9. Effective from 1 January 2023, the Federal Government of Malaysia has implemented the mandatory “Tourism Tax” of RM10 per room per night for all foreign passport holders (including sharer). This amount will be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-out. This will be in addition to the 10% service charge and 6% government tax.
  10. The Penang State Government has implemented a mandatory “Hotel Fee” (Local Government Fee) of MYR 3 nett per room per night. The Hotel Fee will be collected upon check-out, in addition to the 10% Service Charge and 6% Government Tax (SST).
