Trains
Trains offer an efficient, scenic way of travelling within China, and link majority parts of the country with reliable service.
You may travel in one of four classes: Soft Seat or Soft Sleeper with air-conditioning; and the Hard Seat or Hard Sleeper.
Shuttle trains between Ningbo and Hangzhou, and Ningbo and Shanghai are available daily.
Buses
Ningbo has a reliable bus system. Two long-distance bus terminals provide connections to every major metropolis in the region, including Hangzhou, Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi and Nanjing.
It takes 60 minutes to reach Hangzhou by bus and two hours to reach Shanghai via the Hangzhou Bay Bridge.
Baifeng Port offers ferries to the famous Putong Mountain.
