For stays on 30–31 December, a payment link will be sent to you by 9 September. Kindly note that full payment is required within three (3) days from receipt of the link and is strictly non-refundable. 
Once payment is made, no amendments or cancellations will be permitted, and this policy will supersede the hotel’s standard cancellation terms. 
 
All quoted rates, excluding dining outlets, are subject to a 10% service charge and an 8% government tax (SST), effective from March 1, 2024, onwards. A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room per night applies to foreign passport holders.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The following children’s meal plan is applicable for all Shangri-La Circle members. When accompanied by a dine-in adult, up to 2 children of registered in-house hotel guests at the age of 6 and below can enjoy buffet meals at the all-day dining venues at no additional charge. Additional children at the age of 6 and below and all children who are above 6 years of age but under 12 years of age will receive a 50% discount on the adult buffet price. Registered in-house hotel guests can also join Shangri-La Circle at any time during their stay to enjoy the meal plan.
