1 day advance booking is required.
Each booking is entitled to 1 (One) Sensory Play Kit per room per stay. The sensory play kit theme is subject to stock availability.
This offer qualifies for earning Shangri-La Circle Points. Terms and conditions of the Shangri-La Circle Programme apply.
Shangri-La Circle Members dining discount is only applicable at participating outlets at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur excluding promotional items/offers. The dining discount is only applicable for a maximum of 8 pax in each seating per member card.
Each weekend family activity has limited slots and is only available for Suite/Family Executive room bookings. Advance registration is required as activities confirmation is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only one time participation is allowed in each type of activity per child from age 3 to 11 years old with maximum of two children per stay.
The offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotions.
Rate does not apply to group bookings.
All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 6% government tax (SST).
A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-out, and is not included in your total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted.
