액티비티 취소 정책:
1. 수상 스포츠 액티비티 취소 시 최소 3시간 전에 통지해야 합니다. 액티비티 예정 시간 3시간 이내에 취소하는 경우 고객에게 전액이 청구됩니다.
2. 고객이 액티비티를 하지 못하는 경우(‘노쇼’), 이용하지 않는 프로그램의 상품 서비스에 대해 전액 또는 일부 금액이 환불되지 않습니다.
이용 약관:
1. 가격은 예고 없이 변경될 수 있습니다.
2. 모든 견적 요금에는 8%의 정부세(SST)와 10%의 봉사료가 포함되어 있습니다.
3. 모든 대여 장비는 당일 오후 5시까지 스타 마리나로 반납해야 합니다.
4. 대여 장비를 반납하지 않거나 장비가 손상 또는 분실된 경우 모두 비용이 부과됩니다.
5. 고객은 항상 대여한 장비에 대한 책임이 있습니다.
6. 고객, 직원, 선박의 안전을 보장하기 위해 경영진의 의견과 결정은 최종적이며 반박할 수 없습니다.
7. 모든 미사용 서비스는 환불되지 않으며 현금 또는 바우처로 교환할 수 없습니다.
8. 만 16세 미만의 모든 참가자는 스탠드업 패들 보드 활동 시간 내내 부모 또는 법적 보호자의 동행과 감독을 받아야 합니다.
