Authentic Cantonese creations
Shang Palace brings together the best of Cantonese and Mongolian cuisine in a contemporary bistro setting. Savour our signature highlights.
Crispy Yams with Sugar Floss
Using the method of wire drawing, the yam is hung with a crispy skin with sweet taste. The candy is delicately shaped like cicada silk, and it is crystal clear like a piece of art. Full of happiness after a bite.
Steamed Crab with Egg White
"Eight Treasures", namely the four treasures of sea and vegetarian food, i.e. crab, shrimp, scallop and conpoy, the four treasures of the sea; chestnut bean, carrot, mushroom, and bamboo shoot, the four treasures of vegetarian food. Making the most of this delicious "freshness".
Pan-fried Lamb Chop with Cumin
Grass-fed lamb from Inner Mongolia seasoned with special spices.
Shang Palace Roast Duck
Originating from the authentic genre of Beijing, selected Peking duck with a growth cycle of 42 days, and roasted at a temperature of 200° in a rotating oven. After 90 minutes, the duck skin gradually became crispy and showed an amber luster. Every ingredient and process is top-notch to ensure its delicious taste. The meat is plump, tender and juicy, fat but not greasy.
