Lobby Lounge newly presents the Spring Blossoms Afternoon Tea, offering a selection of savoury and sweet delicacies crafted with fragrant Japanese citrus and exquisite floral ingredients.

This delightful journey begins with refreshing Japanese Mandarins on Ice to awaken your taste buds, followed by an exquisite array of savouries including Grapes and Foie Gras Tart with Caramelised Walnuts, Wagyu Beef on Toast with Caviar and Wasabi Aioli, Duck Terrine on Toast, and a Prawn Toast with Salmon Roe. The indulgence continues with freshly baked signature scones served with Bonne Maman jams and clotted cream, alongside a curated assortment of desserts, featuring the elegant Jasmine and Blackberry Cake, refreshing Strawberry and Yuzu Cake, delicate Pistachio and Orange Blossom Cake, and a sophisticated Nougat Glacé with Honey Parfait.

Presented artfully on a stunning silver three-tier stand, each level transforms into a masterpiece of edible art, capturing the poetry of spring.
