Dockyard has newly unveiled a pop-up seafood stall, allowing you to handpick the freshest seasonal catches. The chef will cook your selections on-site, ensuring that each dish suits every palate, providing you with an ultimate "ocean-to-table" dining experience.

Dockyard carefully selects seasonal seafood, including Sweet and juicy Baby Clams (HKD 30/100g), plump Half-shell Mussels (HKD 30/100g), bouncy Whole Tiger Prawns (HKD 60/100g), richly fatty Salmon (HKD 105/200g), as well as fresh and tender Local Sea Bass (HKD 90/200g). Diners can choose their preferred cooking methods and pair them with unique sauces to create distinctive flavours.
