La Bauhinia's name is inspired by the five-petal flower of the orchid family, which adorns the flag of Hong Kong and also pays tribute to Prince Roland Bonaparte's passion for botany.

To celebrate the pleasure of traveling again, La Bauhinia is now more assertive about its long-distance gastronomy and its dual identity, Franco-Far East.

New dress code in the dining room, dimmed lights in the evening, regular DJ sets and in the plate, all the talent and inspiration of Christophe Moret who combines the best of the French terroirs with the infinite richness of a continent champion of condiments, plants and aromatic herbs...
