In the many shops, boutiques and markets in Fiji, visitors will get the opportunity to discover cultural artefacts, boutique fashion and even fascinating gifts and souvenirs.

Look out for local handicrafts such as baskets, wood carvings, mats, pottery, exquisitely carved tanoa bowls, Fijian combs and much more. Special t-shirts designed according to typical Fijian style are good for a gift.

Majority stores here are open for trading from 8am to 6pm. Credit cards are also widely accepted.

Nadi Town

Nadi Town is well-known as an ideal place for shopping in Fiji, being home to many recognized shopping outlets and boutiques.

The duty exempted shops in Nadi Town sell designer clothes, perfumes, watches and sunglasses. It is also home to several large scale supermarket chains such as Morris Hedstrom, New World and RB Patel. Renowned boutique stores such as Jack's, Nads and Sogo's can also be located here.
