Lavishly elegant, the hotel’s Pink High Tea invites you to savour delicious servings of rosy-hued delights during the month of October, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Delicious savouries are precursors to the daintiest desserts with pink flourishes, all enjoyed against the breathtaking backdrop of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Indulge in a pink choux with raspberry coulis and a strawberry tart with cheesecake cream through to a smoked salmon brioche bun and cashew and macadamia tart.
In support of the Cancer Council NSW’s fundraising initiatives, Shangri-La Sydney will donate 5% of the proceeds from every Pink High Tea sold during October.
Weekdays: Pink High Tea is priced from AUD 79 per person, including tea and coffee. Priced at AUD 89 per person for one glass of sparkling and priced at AUD 109 per person for free flow Australian sparkling wine.
Weekends: Pink High Tea is priced from AUD 94 per person, including tea and coffee. Priced at AUD 104 per person for one glass of sparkling wine and priced at AUD 124 for free flow Australian sparkling wine.
Altitude’s Private Dining room is available for a minimum spend of AUD 1,800 with a maximum seating time of two hours and can accommodate up to 18 guests.
Pink October High Tea on Level 36 will take place seven days a week from 01 October – 31 October 2024, in two seating times: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 04:30 PM.
