Beneath its majestic glass dome, La Bauhinia invites you to enjoy a warm and refined atmosphere for the festive season. Chefs Simon Havage and Timothy Lam together have created our delicious festive menus, from the Holiday Brunch to the Festive Afternoon Tea, as well as delicious dishes for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve dinners.

The Vanilla Flower Yule Log
To celebrate the festive season, Pastry Chef Timothy Lam presents his Vanilla Flower Yule Log, dressed in white with spectacular curves inspired by the Bauhinia flower, an emblem of Hong Kong SAR. Its composition features a moist vanilla sponge, accompanied by vanilla dulce de leche, a subtly toasted vanilla cream, and an airy vanilla mousse. A vanilla crisp adds crunch, all encased in a thin white chocolate shell with gentle vanilla notes, for an unforgettable tasting experience.

King’s Cake
Pastry Chef Timothy Lam reinvents the King’s Cake with a crisp and tender croissant-style puff pastry to create a crunchy, sweet flavour. The pastry features a velvety hazelnut frangipane enriched with lightly toasted gianduja pieces. Meanwhile its refined design, delicately engraved on the surface of the pastry, highlights the craftsmanship and care that has gone into this work of art.
