Hotel Limousine Charges
To book a limousine, simply provide your flight carrier, flight number and estimated time of arrival when booking online.

Please make your booking at least 1 day in advance. Cancellation notice must be made within 24 hours prior to reporting date/time, otherwise, the full amount of rental shall be charged.

- Above Airport Transfer, Car Hire and Drop-off rates cover the use of the vehicle chauffeur service, fuel, insurance, and 3% Common Carrier’s Tax.
- For Drop-off and Pick-up services, side trips and waiting time are not allowed. A 10-minute grace period is given to the renter/passenger. If the renter/passenger does not show up in 10 minutes, the reservation is automatically canceled. If the renter/passenger requests the driver to wait or to make a side trip, the transaction is converted to a Car Hire instead of a Drop-off/Pick-up.
- Car Hire starts upon dispatch of the vehicle from the Hotel and ends upon return of the vehicle to the Hotel.
- Parking and round-trip toll fees are chargeable to the renter/passenger and are not commissionable to the Hotel.
- A cancellation/No Show Fee equivalent to the full amount of the actual charges will be billed to the renter.
