    1. Self-Pickup is available at Concierge Counter, Lobby.
    2. Payment can be made via the mobile app or on www.shangri-la-specials.com and option includes credit card or debit card only.
    3. Delivery service available daily from 8am to 8pm. The last arrival time for orders for same day delivery is 8pm and last order time is 7pm.
    4. There will be no delivery charges for locations within 0-5km from the Hotel. MYR 22 nett will be charged for locations within 5-10km and MYR 30 nett for locations within 10-15km. The maximum distance of delivery is 40km from the Hotel.
    5. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing offer or promotion (i.e. discounts, promotions, privilege cards).
